Job Description 

TheProject Coordinator Intern will work internally at TMDA to support seasonal projects for TMDA and TMDA Foundation.
Responsibilities:

• Review assigned tasks and clarify the business needs 
• Ensure timeline for completion is accurate and closely monitored
• Follow up with leadership and external stakeholders on pending project needs
• Support volunteers and assist with coordinating volunteer scheduling and directions
• Attend related meetings and trainings as required for this role
• Assist with all other related projects as needed

• Must be a current student studying in a related field
• Related experience in for profit and non profit Project Coordination desired but not required
• Ability to use different office software with training provided
• Well versed and proficient in Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Collaborative in nature and adaptive to changing priorities

Education 

• High School Diploma or a combination of training, certifications, and experience 

Travel Requirements:  

This position will involves light commute between the Reston and Herndon areas.
