Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work with our Project Managers and manage the scheduling, planning, and coordination of all projects. A successful candidate will have the ability to track project details and documents, coordinate scheduling with clients and field technicians, have strong follow-up skills and be able to effectively support multiple team members. If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to multi-task and looking for a position where you can grow with a fast-growing company, this may be the job for you!

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma required; 4-year college degree preferred
• 2-5 years’ work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Positive can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
• Good project management skills – ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to support various team members, ability to complete assignments in a thorough, accurate and timely manner, attention to detail and follow-through on tasks
• Background in the environmental or construction field is a plus

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers with scheduling, project coordination, client communication, customer service, etc.
• Maintain positive relationships and communications with clients and vendors to produce successful outcomes for projects
• Collaborate with all internal departments to see a project to completion
• Assist with proposals and budgeting
• Maintain and manage the schedule, complete with information for field technicians
• Maintain records and information for projects, follow-up with project managers and appropriate parties
• Inform all parties involved if any issues or concerns arise during projects
• Various project-related support such as uploading document notes, assigning projects in system, updating client information, etc.
• Create basic Environmental Reports, analyzing data needed. 
• Other administrative/project related duties as needed.
