Project Coordinator - Cyber Security

It allows our customers to dramatically reduce the complexity of cyber protection, leverage scarce resources, and significantly increase their awareness, visibility and control of their critical OT assets, thus increasing their defenses at a much lower cost.
The Project Coordinator role reports to the Manager of Project Management. The position has heavy interaction with the operations team to coordinate internal resources with client needs and expectations. This role has client-facing responsibilities, and therefore requires an individual committed to our client first mindset.

Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication efforts and tracking between the Verve Project Managers and client deployment teams
- Develop, organize and track objectives and timelines as defined in the project scope of work
- Provide progress reports both internally and externally
- Obtain and document status updates for Verve team members assigned to a given project/task
- Act as a liaison between the client and the project team to resolve open items, ask/answer questions and troubleshoot issues or delays
- Provide administrative assistance to multiple leaders at Verve
- Work with Procurement and Development to assist with licensing and equipment requisition
- Work closely in-person, over the phone, and in-writing with clients to develop solutions, solve problems, and communicate progress
- Enter data into the Asana resource management software, provide analysis and general reports
- Participate in status calls with clients, keep minutes and provide internal progress reports
Qualifications
- Administrative degree, PMP certification or equivalent level of experience in a Project Coordinator capacity
- 3+ years' experience working in an IT environment in a technical or PM capacity
- Successful track record working with internal and external clients
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills
- A force multiplier. Helps fellow team members be more productive.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel
