Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
• Manage projects with administrative support daily.
• Preparation for all contracts or subcontract documents, proposals, bid documents.
• Communicate with drafter, technician, manufacturer, or sub-contractor to solve difficulties between the design drawings and site reality conditions.
• Set a timeline for all projects and monitor all projects are on schedule.
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet the quality standard.
• Liaise with clients to make sure they are satisfied with the project scope and maintain good
Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish is a PLUS but not a requirement.
