Job Description
As a Project Coordinator within the Investment Group Technologies organization, you will be an active member of a Product Management team who is responsible for the central knowledge management system that Capital’s investor’s use to make essential investment decisions. As a member of this team you will drive key initiatives & projects, analyze data and manage a database of internal customers; and push internal marketing efforts to maximize the usage of our product features and functionality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Project manage the selection and implementation of an internal Business Optics tool that is used to analyze clickstream and usage data of our knowledge management system.
- Own the launch of a customer lifecycle initiative – working with corporate training team and product managers.
- Support product managers in definition and execution of line items on our product roadmap.
- Your background and who you are:
- You have a background in keeping multiple people & groups motivated, on task and on time.
- You are fluent in operating inside a medium – to – large company using Microsoft Office and other collaboration tools (Outlook, Zoom/Webex, Slack/Teams/Jabber).
- You are ambitious, motivated, and resourceful. You do not get paralyzed by obstacles, and you are able ask for help when needed.
- You have a positive attitude and the ability to work toward an outcome, without being told exactly what to do every step of the way.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, reputable university.
- 2+ years of experience working as a marketer, analyst, project manager, executive assistant or other function requiring command of organizing tasks, people and projects.
