Job Summary:
- High School Diploma required

- Participated in training and or certification relevant to peer recover, support substance use prevention or related topics preferred
Job performance reflects compliance with Heywood’s performance standards; telephone etiquette, providing directions and first impressions
- Commit to training, supervision and practice improvement activities specific to Project AMP curriculum and skills
- Participate in weekly meetings with A-CRA clinical supervisor
- Using the AMP project curriculum, conduct 4-6 sessions with enrolled youth. Track meeting in data spread sheet
- Follow established agency protocols and documentation requirements specific to conducting sessions, communications, follow-up and completion of engagement with enrolled youth
- Seeks guidance from clinical supervisors and school staff to address any concerns or risks that exceed the scope of Project AMP substance use prevention and early intervention curriculum
- Immediately refers high risk students to A-CRA clinical supervisor to ensure proper follow-up and support
- Meet with enrolled adolescents on site at their schools campus, scheduling may vary due to in-class assignments
- Follow-up with adolescents who are referred to Project Amp in person or by telephone, or by Zoom. Track contacts and makes notes in student case management tool
- Maintains professional boundaries when working with youth, their families and school personnel
- Follows all HIPAA and FERPA guidelines
- Follows mandated reporting procedures as necessary
- Works collaboratively with the Youth Tele Behavioral Health Program team
