Job Summary
As part of the development team, the Programmer Analyst 1 will be focused on creating and integrating new and existing applications as well as supporting and improving legacy solutions.
Essential Functions
- Participate throughout the Software Development life cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code based on provided specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and development of software products.
- Test and deploy software applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Provide documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Participate in the Change Management process, ensuring that all changes are documented, tested, and applied in a coordinated manner.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to improve software performance.
- Provide technical support for end-users and address Tech Helps in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Secondary Functions
- Assist other Development team members.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hour services.
Job Qualifications
Education:
2-year programming degree, certifications, or equivalent professional experience required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
2-3 years of proven experience as a C# Developer or similar role required.
