Program Therapist

We’re seeking a Program Therapist who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence to support our Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) program.

Location: Evanston (Adolescent IOP/PHP Program)

Schedules/Caseload:

We encourage you to build a flexible schedule to suit your needs with options below.

• A minimum of 15 hours / 3 days per week is preferred.
• Location Options: Arlington Heights, Evanston or Loop location.

Schedules Options:

• 11:30 am - 4:30 pm (3 days per week: Monday- Friday)
• 4pm- 9pm (3 days per week: Monday-Friday)
• Two Days per week: (12:30pm – 8:30pm: Monday-Friday)

In this role, you will:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals.
• Ideal group will be 12 patients / clients in each group. During ramp up, it is expected that groups will be smaller.
• Individual treatment planning sessions with patients (amount based on level of care of patient but at least once weekly for PHP level of care and once every other week for IOP level of care).
• Provide individual, family, and weekly therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions.
• Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD).
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, proving support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.

Benefits & Perks:

• $50-60 per hour (Fully Licensed - LCSW, LMFT, LCPC or PsyD)
• $40-50/per hour (Partially Licensed- LSW, LPC, MFT )
• $35-40 per hour (Master's Level Clinicians)
