Under the close supervision of the Supervising Program Technician II (Optical Products), this position is responsible for using specific Medi-Cal Optical program criteria in the receiving, screening, data entry, shipping, customer service and transportation processes of performing Medi-Cal orders for prescription eyewear. Supervision of at least two (2) incarcerated workers and data entry of incarcerated workers time into SOMS. This position may receive Pay Differential 67.
