Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Program Supervisor will oversee our Supported Living Services (SLS), a community-based program assisting individuals experiencing mental illness in their community environment to best meet their individual needs. The Supported Living program assists individuals to help them secure and maintain safe and affordable housing and/or housing entitlements, develop and maintain housekeeping skills, activities of daily living, and budgeting skills. SLS staff also work with individuals on medication education and adherence, mental health symptom management skills, recovery education, and community integration skills.
The Work:
- Create a healthy, engaging, typical home for individuals with mental illness
- Supervise all aspects of running the fee-for-service program operations including documentation review, data management, budgeting, etc.
- Review referrals and assist in the development and implementation of the comprehensive care for all individuals in services and ensure appropriate implementation of these plans and quality services are provided
- Actively engage with the community to secure housing opportunities for individuals in services
- Manage and mentor program staff including scheduling, timesheets, performance evaluation, and training
- Adhere to all licensing, federal, state, and local regulations
- Support individuals to become independent, make decisions, and live a meaningful dignified life with valued social roles (ex: friend, neighbor, student, employee)
- Provide coverage and on-call support on a rotating basis as needed

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience in the human services field, preferably in mental health services
- Fee for Service experience strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Ability to apply proficient computer skills, including the use of software and web based system
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations
- Valid driver's license and have daily access to a properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
