The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.
Work you'll do:
- Analyze trends shaping the external operating environment and how they impact the national security mission, advising clients on how to evolve their work and business.
- Identify external commercial solutions, running pilots and proof of concepts, designing new capabilities or programs, and/or engaging leaders/units to make tailored recommendations. Lead key aspects of the work, drive results, assure quality, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
- 5+ yrs exp in Strategy Development and Implementation within the IC
- 5+ yrs exp in strategy innovation and work within mission and market analysis Ability to work fulltime in SCIF environments in the DMV area.
Preferred:
- MBA degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience producing reports and presentations for executive audiences.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies within the space
