The position oversees all administrative functions, serves as administrative team leader for the unit and provides partnership support to program and project managers.

Specialized Experience Requirement:
For the GS-07: One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: assisting with providing administrative support to a unit for a variety of functions such as personnel, budget, procurement, etc., that required interpreting regulations, collecting, and analyzing information, and assisting with coordinating administrative functions for an office.
OR: Successfully completed One (1) year of graduate-level education in business. The education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university and demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
OR: A combination of education as described above and experience that when combined fully meet the minimum qualifications for this position. The education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. For the GS-09: One (1 ) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the federal government. Specialized experience is defined as operating as an Office Manager to coordinate and evaluate administrative activities; utilizing a range of automated administrative systems; interpreting administrative regulations; collecting and analyzing information; AND preparing and editing written correspondence, presentations, reports or similar products.
OR: have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree in business or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related;
OR: have an appropriate combination of specialized experience and education described above (only graduate education in excess of 18 semester hours may be used to qualify applicants for this grade level). The education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
