The Lockheed Martin Space Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program is looking for an early career Program Planner to join the Program Planning Group at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Silverdale, Washington. With instruction, you will develop long, medium and short-range production plans and schedules.
Responsibilities include coordination of Industrial Support Requirement Planning (ISRP) efforts, coordination of facility maintenance and crane projects, support equipment maintenance/refresh coordination, collection and analysis of data, creation and manipulation of spreadsheets to track production and produce plans, review and action on shipping directives, and evaluation and implementation of high-level requirements. Data sets include production, maintenance, and storage records for missiles, missile hardware, support equipment, material handling equipment, and facility transporters.
The candidate will have opportunity to learn to perform production span analysis, refine workload indicators, participate in "what-if" studies, and support contract proposal efforts. The candidate must possess a strong aptitude for and demonstrated skill in planning, scheduling, or project management. This position requires the candidate to have good verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
**This position requires an Interim Secret clearance prior to start, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship required. The successful candidate cannot have dual citizenship.**
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in planning, scheduling, or project management.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience meeting schedule deadlines despite multiple competing priorities.
- Must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance. Interim Secret clearance required prior to start. Cannot be a dual citizen.
Desired skills
-Basic skills in a project management tool (i.e. MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
- Experience compiling highly visible, routine production plans/reports in the short and medium-term time horizon
- Have an outgoing and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Be well organized and detail-oriented
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or handle other potentially unrelated duties, as assigned
- Ability to self-manage
- Active security clearance
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $61,300 - $117,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
