Job Role Summary
This position will develop, oversee, and manage staffing and operational functions of the SAMHSA Minority AIDS Initiative: High Risk Populations project as well as other duties as assigned. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining external resources and partnerships to maximize patient opportunities for wellness and recovery.

Job Role Summary

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute to Eskenazi Health's mission to Advocate, Care Serve, and Teach with a special emphasis on the vulnerable populations of Marion County.
- Manages daily operations of the MAI project, develops and implements expanded program protocols, and explores additional growth opportunities
- Supervises the MAI team (access coordinator, peer navigators, and registered nurse), and other applicable staff, creates team schedule, facilitates individual and staff meeting, manages staff time, completes evaluations, mentors staff development, and other staff support as needed to ensure appropriate care and follow-up is provided for patients
- Creates and manages follow-up procedures for all MAI project enrolled clients; assigns outreach tasks to staff an ensures completion of these activities
- Manage program data, perform data analytics, and report all data to internal and external stakeholders across multiple reporting systems as developed within the program and identified within contractual agreements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field required.
- Master's Level preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare setting, preferably HIV or SUD environment
