Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management.
- 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.
- Experience with data and quantitative analysis and building user journeys.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience in the Cloud industry.
- Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights, and recommending actions from data.
- Experience orchestrating across a diverse set of stakeholders and project managing complex work.
- Experience in the go-to-market sales landscape, with an understanding of sales portals, sales CRM, and ERP systems.
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

As a Program Manager for Google Cloud’s Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will operate as a key stakeholder in the Google Cloud Partner landscape covering the entire lifecycle of the partner engagement. You will partner with teams such as product, sales, engineering and other cross-functional partners to develop systems, tools, and processes. You will advocate partner priorities, run workshops with the leaders to understand the business requirements, and map out user journeys and pain points. You'll guide decision-making, solve problems, and provide investigative insight and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives. You will report to the head of business excellence and engage regularly with promoters and cross-functional subject matter experts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Process, plan, and facilitate workshops with the sales team executives and executive leaders to gather business requirements and inform current future state plans.
- Work with the sales teams and subject matter experts to understand pain points and productivity blockers to document, build out key user journeys, and high level business requirements.
- Engage with business systems transformation and engineering project managers to ensure projects and deliverables stay on track, and follow the business systems transformation operating framework.
- Assist with risk management, identification, tracking, and mitigation.
- Work with the Change Management team to ensure that the changes land well in the regions and track success metrics on a periodic basis.
