Overview
Hybrid Schedule: 3 day remote, 2 days onsite
Purpose Statement/Position Summary:
The Program Manager for Performance Improvement is dedicated to spearheading system-wide enhancements aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. This role involves leadership skills in identifying, initiating, planning, and executing initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles and project management methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5+ years of previous relevant experience with training in quality improvement, patient safety, process improvement, and/or data and analytics. Proficiency with Microsoft software programs required. Pediatric healthcare experience preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in nursing, healthcare administration, public health, or other relevant clinical field required. Master's Degree in related field preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred. If a nurse, licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing or licensed in other clinical field by a California Board.
Pay Scale Information
$80,440.00-$160,992

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
