Lume is on a mission to normalize body odor beyond the pits and provide people with outrageously effective solutions so they never have to think twice about odor! Our Whole Body Deodorants can be used for any unwanted odor—from pits, to privates and beyond. It's doctor-developed, made with skin-safe ingredients that are gentle enough for the most sensitive parts and clinically proven to control any external B.O. for 72 hours. In 2023, we launched a men's line called Mando. Mando uses the same technology as Lume but has different scent profiles.

We are a 6-year-old fast growing, omni-channel deodorant and personal care brand that's transforming the way that humans do hygiene. We joined forces with Harry's, another disruptive brand with great people and infrastructure, to accelerate our growth. We are a team of self-starters that roll up our sleeves and get it done. Our style is collaborative and very fast-paced so an adaptive personality is a must.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Program Manager, Operational Excellence to join our team!

As Program Manager, Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for developing and executing long range plans to improve our network across all channels as well as assisting in critical continuous improvement projects within our fulfillment centers. The Program Manager, Operational Excellence works collaboratively with supply chain, distribution and logistics, and Amazon business teams to deliver on objectives focused on margin improvement and process quality. As an individual contributor, this role will report to the Sr. Director of Distribution & Logistics and own building and executing on a robust portfolio of continuous improvement and analytics projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a process that manages the creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data management solutions that enable users to optimize system capabilities
  • Design and develop processes that ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
  • Create processes to provide clear sight of inventory provenance
  • Ensures quality of master data in all enterprise systems for uniformity, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
  • In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable
  • Manage Amazon distribution expenses and fee changes to optimize placement, cost, and to reduce avoidable ancillary fees
  • In collaboration with business and supply teams, create a comprehensive kitting schedule for our Amazon operations team and providing clear line of sight into the expected arrival into the Amazon network for product availability
  • Complete monthly inventory reconciliations for all distribution facilities at the SKU level and investigate any potential misses in internal systems to ensure optimal results
  • Responsible for dims, weights, case packs, product classification, and other operational inventory data points in Amazon Seller Central to ensure products are received quickly and within Amazon compliance guidelines
  • Approver and creator of all new bundles for the Amazon marketplace

This should describe you:

  • 5+ years of experience working in operations planning, strategy, and analytics
  • Numerically and analytically minded - you're an expert in Excel (and proud of it)
  • Distinguished in SAP, SAPs suite of products, and WMS systems
  • A master in cross functional partnership
  • Experience owning and managing portfolios of work and presenting results to senior leadership
  • Strong attention to detail. You are comfortable going deep into the weeds while always considering the bigger picture
  • Sense of urgency: bias for action. Self-starting capability required to achieve high expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a learner - always seeking to improve yourself
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • You have a sense of humor - we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously

This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry's is registered and able to employ individuals. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000-$95,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
