The Medical OperationsProgram Manager will be responsible for spearheading the creation and synchronization of all assigned medical operational projects and for devising and enforcing operating protocols or standards that guarantee medical operational efficiency in support of our service members at the Georgia Army National Guard. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for offering guidance, assessments, leadership, and management to all Tridant Solutions Inc. staff associated with the program's operations.

DUTIES(Including but not limited to)
- Non-clinical Medical Operations throughout all of Georgia including medical facilities at Clay National Guard Center (CNGC) in Marietta, Fort Stewart, GA. Macon Russell Armory in Macon, GA, Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) building in Columbus, GA.
- Responsible for document management including tracking consolidated reports for all locations and ensuring that all required tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Submit correspondence IAW AR 25-50 and Department of the Army Memo 25-52 when submitting care plans for Soldiers identified as having a medical condition IAW with Chapter 3 of AR 40-501
- Consolidates and submits weekly medical readiness data of medical and dental readiness categories and provides status on any key working issues.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with the COR to ensure proper management of all medical cases.
- Track all MRC 3 to include DL Codes and a list of all MRC 4 soldiers on a case tracker report submitted weekly to the COR.
- The contractor shall provide medical readiness event services consisting of a check-in/out process and maintain a roster of all Soldiers scheduled, MEDPROS data entry, and case management.
- Run monthly projected (90 days out) MRC 4 rosters using the Commanders Portal medical database and work with units to get Soldiers scheduled for the events.
- Maintain a roster of all Soldiers scheduled for an event as requested via email and print off IMR from MEDPROS for all locations in GA.
- MODS entry of all medical requirements and prepare pre- and post-event status reports to include entry and exit MRC. The contractor shall enter medical requirements in the Medical Operational Data System (MODS) within three days of the end of the event.
- Pull reports from automated systems to show that referrals are indicated in MEDCHART, e-Profile, e-Case, MRR, DENCLASS, and AVS.
- Use regulations and policies applicable to IMR and deployment when performing data analysis, including the AR 40-501 and other applicable guidance.
- Input and monitor MEDPROS entry of all medical requirements to ensure all scheduled services are completed/updated and current medical status are reflected.
- Completing and submitting direct reports
- Provide a report post-PHA event of any abnormal lab values obtained to the DSS.
- Other Medical-Operation administrative duties as required.
- MUST have a bachelor's degree- will accept 5+ years of applicable experience instead of a degree.
- MUST have at least 3-5 years of recent experience managing Medical Readiness staff for a military organization.
- MUST be proficient with Army Regulations for Medical Readiness.
- MUST be proficient in MODS, MEDCHART, e-Profile, e-Case, MRR, DENCLASS, and AVS.
- MUST possess experience with SRPs and other weekend events.
- MUST have experience leading a team of 15+.

- After-hours, weekend, and holiday work will be required.
