THE POSITION
The Program Manager Serves as the lead and single point of interface for customer leadership, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and customers for the JSSC at the Pentagon, Washington DC, and Raven Rock Mountain Complex PA, with full authority to act on behalf of ICS on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall planning, direction, management and contract leadership providing vital enterprise Information Technology (IT) and multimedia support/services within the JSSC in direct support to the President of the United States (POTUS), Secretary of Defense (SECDEF), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Unified and Specified Commands, Service Components and the Joint Staff (JS) to include overall leadership of contract team members, overall management/performance/quality of the work outlined in the customers Performance Work Statement (PWS), and direct/daily customer interaction
- Ability to lead team of diverse technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the delivery of IT and multimedia services using industry standards and best practices, to include the ability to articulate ICS Corporate values of honesty, integrity and quality within the customers mission and vision to motivate and inspire our team(s)/individuals to deliver contract services engaged in the customers vision
- Communicate extremely effectively formally and informally both verbally and in writing to include authoring and delivering high-quality, value-add formal contract deliverables that represent ICS exceptionally well and build trust in the customer relative to the leadership and services provided under this contract
- Develop lasting solutions supporting enhanced contract performance and resolution of customer issued to include leading results-oriented Integrated Product Teams (IPT), conducting Root Cause Analysis, author required documentation, implementing solutions and monitoring and measuring results
- Exercise sound independent judgement in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria associated with obtaining results under this contract to include identifying improvements, following ICS innovation and quality processes and anticipating customer requirements
- Interacts with customer, customers customer and contract team members in a positive and productive manner to establish, maintain and grow a partnership, built on trust, value and teamwork
- Improve the customers operating environment by providing expert support while also maintaining contract performance/delivery in a complex military environment that is vital to United States National security objectives
- Compliance with all safety and security requirements, policies, and procedures; worksite access protocols and updates, training requirements, required certifications, and other duties/projects as assigned
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 100% on-site at the Pentagon
- Minimum active Top Secret (TS) clearance with the ability to be TS/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrinated; AND,
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline WITH 10+ years of IT experience; OR,
- No Degree with 13+ years of experience in IT Program Management; AND,
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
