Form of workAmazon Global Communities (AGC) is seeking a Program Manager to own key processes and deliverables for our flagship community for Delivery Service Partner Owners, called the Ignite Digital Community (IDC).
At AGC, our mission is simple: drive engagement, advocacy and business success among the critical functions in Amazon's supply chain and Last Mile logistics networks. We do this by building digital communities that connect, inform, and inspire the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who partner with Amazon to improve delivery flexibility, speed and reliability for our customers. We measure our success through the positive impact we deliver for community members' businesses, but also in the relationships we enable community members to build with each other and Amazon.
As a Program Manager for AGC's largest community, you will be responsible for several key items that ensure the community's success. This includes (1) community and user management, (2) marketing, advocacy, and program innovation, and (3) mechanism and stakeholder management to name a few. This role has regular visibility to Sr. Manager and Director level leadership stakeholders.
