Overall Responsibilities:
As a Spend Planning Program Manager, you will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and governance of CAPEX and OPEX needed to support our supply chain for existing and new products.
You will be responsible for the interpretation of the Data Center demand signal and translating it to a capital plan for our supply chain driving optimal funding decisions.
You will work closely with Equipment and Data Center Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Fulfillment, Commodity Management, and Contract Manufacturing teams to develop and manage the execution of an accurate funding plan supporting procurement activities and business strategies.
You will use your skills to establish metrics, process, and system improvements to accomplish efficiency and scalability goals and ensure proper governance influencing our rapidly growing Data Center infrastructure supply chain.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Maintain Budget management plan and guide support resources through execution
Support funding ask approval process as needed
Support inventory Capex/OpeX governance establishment efforts
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in managing Cost Budgets and forecasts for Capex/Opex
Experience in developing and managing metrics
Data Management experience i,e spreadsheets management and model developent
Skill/Experience/Education :
Mandatory BS or MS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience in relevant industry Project management experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in using spend planning and forecasting tools
Advanced spreadsheet/database capabilities – able to create models and maneuver within spreadsheets/databases to manage supply chain processes
10+ years of experience in supply chain operations or planning within the tech industry
Expertise in Analytics / SQL / Big Query Deep knowledge of S&OP processes as well as experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes
Understanding of and experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools
Experience in implementing systems and tools across the supply chain
Excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities
