• Experience
o 5-10 years experience in Program Management
o Experience and knowledge of Semiconductor industry and ASIC flow
o Experience working with cross functional and globally dispersed teams
o Work on the projects from Architecture stage through all the way to tapeout
• Skills
o MS Project – professional in building, managing and tracking project plan
o Expert in using MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word.
o Knowledge of JIRA management and project tracking
o Experience in managing information in Confluence and Share Point
o Reporting and controlling milestones and risks.
o Creating and updating program updates, communicating status to the team and stakeholders.
• Good to have
