Program Manager – Ellsworth Air Force Base, Rapid City, SD
Specific tasks include:
- Serves as the focal point for all contractor personnel actions.
- Identifies and coordinates with Travel Pay Processing- Ellsworth section/branch leadership on developmental and training needs of contractor personnel.
- Makes decisions on conduct and/or work problems presented by Travel Pay Processing-Ellsworth supervisors.
- Administers disciplinary measures such as warnings, reprimands, terminations, and is responsible for cultivating a work environment free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Addresses subordinates’ concerns and follows up with appropriate action to correct or eliminate tension in the workplace.
- Supports and enforces the agency’s EEO program.
- Communicates and enforces policies, procedures, mission objectives and organization design as necessary, to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements.
- Ensures the successful completion of AF training and testing by all contractor personnel.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a High School Diploma.
- A minimum of 3 years Program Management experience required managing 18+ personnel in a production based environment, but must be within the last 5 years.
- Ability to collaborate with Travel Pay Processing - Ellsworth Leadership and manage personnel functional efforts.
- Documentation of manager or supervisory training certification.
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Serves as the liaison between contractor personnel and the appropriate Travel Pay Processing - Ellsworth Security Manager concerning all security clearance actions.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound skills in written and oral communication is a must.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
