SalaryWe are looking for a seasoned Program Manager (PM) who has experience in Adobe Experience Manager and website Proven ability to communicate technical and business requirements alike and exceptional communication skills are keys to succeed in this Program Manager role.
How you will make an impact
- Work at various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality.
- Create and maintain the project schedule; ensure teams are on track with their deliverables.
- Communicate with engineers and business stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables.
- Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development.
- Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and program management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and end to end Web Development
- Well-developed communication and project management skills are required.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies such as: Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager or related experience.
- Proven ability to plan, create and maintain a highly effective production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of development, from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and influence across teams towards adoption of engineering best practices.
