We are looking for a Program Manager to join our COO Business Operations team in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the senior manager of COO Business Operations. In this hybrid role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives through the complete project life cycle, which includes anything from new product introductions and go-to-market initiatives to implementing new applications for the enterprise and more. You will also design efficient and repeatable business processes and drive best practices across all lines of business. This is a critical, high-profile position in our company with the opportunity to drive transformational change. This is a hybrid work role with two days a week in the Tacoma office.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with senior leaders and executives to guide cross-functional teams through complex business transformation programs

  • Partner with Product, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other key operational experts across the organization to lead, support, and influence business initiatives and drive broad business solutions and outcomes

  • Design, build, and drive strategy and operational plans that deliver against company objectives, while identifying gaps and managing risks/issues

  • Drive functional and cross-portfolio program alignment

  • Manage to program goals and make data-driven decisions

  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of organizational change

  • Define, track, and report key performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and change management efforts


What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience, including work as a program/project manager, with experience working and leading change cross-functionally across multiple business units

  • Experience building and leading programs and projects end-to-end

  • Leadership and team management skills and analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Diverse and inclusive cross-team collaboration, including not operating in silos, active listening, and inviting diverse perspectives, focusing on shared success

  • A firm understanding of cloud-based solutions, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, to drive adjustments from best practice guidelines

  • Familiarity with sales, lead to cash, procure to pay, support, and professional services business processes

  • Bachelor’s degree, MS/MBA, PMP, and/or an advanced degree are preferred

After six months, you will…

  • Be familiar with our company strategy, functional teams, and systems, and have established a robust network of strong working relationships across Program Management, COO Org, Sales, Marketing, and other key functions

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to successfully achieve program goals

  • Actively identify, propose, and implement new best practices, improvements, and innovations

After about a year, you will…

  • Be a subject matter expert for all driving strategic programs at Infoblox

  • Be a trusted advisor for your program/project sponsors

  • Influence and own team and business direction and transformation

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in Washington is $97,700 - $140,200 plus corporate bonus potential.
