Program Manager

About:

Beverly Rehab, a leading drug and mental health treatment center, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage our detox residential programs across our 8 facilities with 110 residential beds. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple inter-connected projects and initiatives that align with Beverly Rehab’s philosophy of love and acceptance towards patients and maintaining our industry-leading success rate of over 60% sobriety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects and initiatives to achieve program goals

• Develop and implement suitable strategies and objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Coordinate cross-project activities and lead and evaluate project managers and other staff

• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities and apply change, risk, and resource management

• Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors and assess program performance to maximize ROI

• Resolve projects' higher scope issues and prepare reports for program directors.

Requirements and Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience as a  regional manager running numerous locations for a company
• No SUD or mental health treatment experience required, you just need to be a highly competent manager 
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods and excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills and excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in management or a relevant field

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: This position is on-site, not remote, and you’ll be required to come to our facilities in Los Angeles.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $250,000
