As an IT Program Management Intern, you will be supporting the team that provides foundational tools for managing enterprise level work streams that makes the company's vision into reality. The Program Management team coordinates with key business and technical leaders across multiple departments to drive strategic alignment of the individual program tracks, assisting teams in defining, tracking, and attaining critical success measures, and assisting in the design and startup of program deliverables. As an Intern, you would be supporting a Program Manager in technology deliverables and helping to build out new capabilities.
The internship program is 10 weeks and runs June 10th - August 16th, 2024.
As an intern you can expect to support and execute a wide variety of tasks which may include:
- Supporting work plan development and defining key milestones
- Support the product and Program Management team in the development of project documentation and artifacts.
- Track project deliverables to ensure completion in timely manner
- Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders as required
- Facilitate communication between product and engineering teams. Act as a liaison to bridge any gaps.
- Work with the project teams to track and mitigate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support in project budget tracking and template creation as needed
- Support in creation of dashboard and status reporting template
- Participate in regular cross-functional meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
What you'll bring:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, with a graduation date no sooner than December 2024 (Required)
- Highly organized

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
National Plus Salary Range:
$41,600.00 - $70,000.00
- National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
