As a member the State Street Global Advisors - COO team, you will provide direction and oversight for a key program to migrate Global Advisors onto State Street's Alpha Middle Office Platform. In this role, you will be the primary program manager for one or more phases of the Program representing Global Advisors. This entails interacting with leadership across the investments, technology, operations, risk and compliance organizations as well as with many teams across the State Street organization. You will leverage your deep project management expertise to help with overall management of one or more phases of the program, including milestone tracking, resource management, reporting, and issue management and escalation. You will be a principal member of our COO Organization and will collaborate with peers at various levels up to executive management and across the global organization. You will have the opportunity to influence the overall program to help drive a successful execution of key phases of this complex implementation.
As the Program Lead, you will:
- Co-lead implementation phases of the program with the named Alpha implementation lead, including workstream management, implementation methodology, execution, status and senior level reporting, and issue management & escalation. You will be the main implementation point of contact for Global Advisors for the phase(s) you are responsible for.
- Oversee sub-workstreams that are running concurrently during a given implementation phase, requiring in-depth understanding.
- Drive implementation discussions within Global Advisors organizations including Investments, CAO, and Technology.
- Bridge areas that straddle implementation and BAU, including change control, enhancements, upgrades, new mandates, and onboardings.
- Assist in the creation of external communication, including client decks, talking points, RFPs, and client meetings.
- Contribute to the program governance, defining and execution engagement and integration with first, second, and third line.
- Contribute to legal entity, committee, and regulatory reports and communications.
- Understand and drive clarity or priorities on the phases of the program for which you are responsible.
- Oversee our partners with focus on performance measurement, change management impact, as well as risk reduction.
