SalaryWe are looking for energetic new team member to become the Program Director of PanCare Health’s Ryan White program.
Bachelors degree in business or health-related field preferred, with experience working with non-profit organizations and grant writing.
- Coordinates, implements, and oversees EIS program.
- Ensures collection of statistical and compliance data for reporting.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative arrangements with other agencies.
- Medical Case Management services including referrals and linking patients to HIV medical care and treatment and other needed services in the HIV continuum of care.
- Oversees HIV outreach & education.
- Excellent skills in organization and efficient follow up required
- Serves on EIS Quality Committee.
- Assist in the training of new personnel, as needed.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills a must
