- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree: Child Development, Psychology/Sociology, Education, Kinesiology, Neurology, Nutrition, or related field
- Sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Student Assessment / Program Development:
- Administer sensory motor and academic assessments
- Score assessments – data entry
- Develop, monitor, and adjust each student’s individualized program
- Create, leverage and use behavioral plans, as needed for program
Parent and Teacher Expectation / Program Supervision:
- Conduct Welcome Meetings with newly enrolled families
- Motivate families to complete at-home exercises and nutrition
- Monthly Progress Conferences with each enrolled family
- Create routine and structure plans, as needed for families
- Teacher Visits for enrolled students to coordinate care
- Effective communication with families, teachers, students and staff
Staff and Center Management:
- Hire, train and motivate full/part-time staff
- Manage programming operations for quality
- Actively support marketing, community education and outreach
- Student and staff scheduling
- Prepare for upcoming appointments
- Assist in generating center sales
- Center goal setting: monthly, quarterly, yearly
