What You Will Do:
In this hybrid role, the RN Program Coordinator for Nursing Inquiry is responsible for coordinating Nursing Inquiry activities across the Johns Hopkins Health System in order to build capacity for RNs to engage in inquiry work. The Program Coordinator also conducts and guides research and quality improvement work to include serving as a resource to RNs looking to navigate Institutional Review Board (IRB). The coordinator is responsible for evaluating programs/projects in the department of nursing. Responsibilities include educating staff, managing and implementing research studies, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and writing publications.

What you will bring:
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursingrequired.
- Five years of active/recent clinical nursing experience with two years' program/project management experience.
- Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maryland
- Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting in order to facilitate problem solving and establish productive working relationships.
Skills needed to succeed:
- Experience in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and research or passion for inquiry work with willingness to learn
- Ability to incorporate inquiry concepts into education
- Positive and forward-thinking mindset
- Problem-solving skills
- Passion for nursing
