FUNCTION
The Program Assistant will enter intake data into AWARDS; act as AWARDS administrator; run reports from AWARDS; train all staff on AWARDS; and conduct ongoing quality assurance.
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as administrator for AFC’s client database, AWARDS
- Oversees record keeping and data entry processes
- Records intakes for SAMHSA clients. Also responsible for keeping filing organized and performing data entry as needed.
- Run reports from AWARDS and conduct ongoing quality assurance.
- Trains all staff on AWARDS.
- Attends weekly treatment planning meetings and staff meetings as required.
- Runs activities and groups as needed.
- Attends weekly supervision.
- Attend all Intake Assignment meetings, and do weekly QA on Intake charts
- Assist in annual data assessments and reporting
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

[ ] Undergraduate Degree
[ ] Masters Degree
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office fluency in a human services client database, preferably AWARDS.
PREFERRED QUALITIES
Must have exceptional engagement & organizational skills and experience in program evaluation, data analysis and quality assurance. Accuracy/attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize a must. Experience working with adolescent/young adult population required. Knowledge of LGBTQ street-involved youth preferred. Transgender & gender non-conforming people are encouraged to apply. Bilingual (Spanish) speaking encouraged to apply.
Sunday: 10 am- 6 pm
Monday- Thursday: 12 pm- 8 pm
One day remote
