Description: XCorp Solutions is currently seeking Program Acquisitions Analysts to support PEO Digital Enterprise Services and assist government customers with the drafting of prerequisite documentation for procurements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting Marine Corps System Command under the Program Executive Office for Digital Enterprise Services' acquisition lifecycle in accordance with the DoD FAR.
- Assisted government customers in drafting prerequisite documentation for procurements that adhered to the government's stated Cost, Schedule, and Performance goals.
- Perform as a sitting member of the Product Management Team for the Cybersecurity and Operation Services' Agile Release Train which produce roadmaps for installations and modernization efforts.
- Interface with multiple Agile Teams daily.
- Update Kanban boards and spreadsheets to track daily work and procure/field equipment.
- Transpose all relevant information output from Enterprise Infrastructure Modernization Agile Release Train in the form of QUAD charts and weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate the securing of meeting spaces for large personnel events.
- Support Government Product Managers by reviewing Milestone documents for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation, and conducting final acronym reviews.
- Attend internal Program Manager meetings and reviews associated with developing procurement and acquisition documentation, record action items, and support the resolution of each action assigned.
- Create, update, and track acquisition and program documentation (e.g., program briefs, organizational charts, staffing spreadsheets, and others), and upload final documents into SharePoint portal.
- May travel up to 10% of the time, depending on program requirements.
Program Acquisitions Analyst, Jr
High School Diploma and at least 2- years of program Analyst experience in the Department of Defense (DoD). Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
Program Acquisitions Analyst, Mid
High School Diploma and 5-8 years of acquisition Program Analyst experience in the Department of Defense (DoD). Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
