About the Position: This position is located with the National Guard Bureau Joint Staff, NGB-J3/7, DOMES OPS and Force Development Directorate, Arlington, Virginia.
About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C. Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes applying fact finding and/or investigative techniques to gather clear-cut factual evidence relevant to Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team requirements and standards; delivering briefings to managers on study findings and recommendations; assisting in applying analytical duties in the development, presentation, and/or execution of the Analytical Laboratory System program; explaining/defending various program and budget submissions; resolving controversial matters affecting major programs and/or operations which impact domestic CBRN (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear) operation programs.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
