Description:Concept Solutions is looking for a Program Analyst, the position will be responsible for providing high-level analytical and strategic support to a federal agency. This position will assist in planning, developing, and implementing programs while ensuring they align with federal regulations and agency goals.
- Prepare program reports and presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis as directed by the customer and provide reports and/or recommendations.
- Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and program participants.
- Coordinate in advance and provide day-of meeting support to include delivery of meeting summaries or notes to customers.
- Coordinate with the client by editing and researching on numerous document releases
- Identify and recommend solutions to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the client on new requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans, operational procedures, and performance standards for the program.
- Conducts research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements and milestones.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate program operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Program Analyst, or a similar role, preferably within a government setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and project management/scheduling software.
- Knowledge of data and documentation management a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to work without supervision
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with a federal agency preferred (FAA experience a plus).
- Experience tracking and monitoring data, reports, and other information
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Experience drafting status reports
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass a Background Investigation check
