AHB WorkLife Division is seeking a skilled and experienced program manager to support our mission of enhancing the work-life balance and overall well-being of our employees. We are seeking a highly qualified PM, who will be responsible for understanding broadly WorkLife programs, drafting and editing communications, and assisting with customer support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communication strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to create engaging written and multimedia content.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, and communication software/tools.
- Proficiency in design and presentation software such as PowerPoint, Prezi, and Canva for creating professional presentations and flyers.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience working in the aviation industry or a similar complex organization.
- Familiarity with FAA policies and procedures.
- Certification in project management or communication strategy.
