My name is Richard Evans and I am the owner of It Needs to be Perfect, LLC. I have been in the hotel and vacation rental business for over 30 years. It Needs to be Perfect LLC was formed 5 years ago when I realized how hard it was to find cleaners who understand the standard and psychology of cleaning vacation rental homes. We currently clean 150 homes in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe & Mesa. Our homes range from 2,000 to 9,000 square feet. Most of our cleaners have been with us for 3+ years. We are seeking individuals and building teams (of 2 to 5 contractors) to expand our business.

What to Expect from working for It Needs to be Perfect LLC?

THE MONEY

• Cleaning Two - 2 thousand square foot vacation homes in a day can earn $300 a day. These jobs typically take 4 to 4 ½ hours each to clean.
• You can work alone or with one of our teams or you can create your own team. We have many family teams.
• We share GUEST REVIEWS with you; 5 Star reviews are rewarded with weekly bonuses. (if you receive two 5-Star guest reviews in a week you receive $25 / if you receive 4-5 Star guest reviews in a week you receive $50 and so forth. These funds are immediate and sent via Zelle.
• You choose how much you wish to work; Part Time or Full Time. Or the days of the week you would like to work
• You’re paid weekly via DIRECT DEPOSIT into your bank account each Friday.

• You must own a car, must have a driver’s license and must prove that you have automobile insurance.

• CAREER

• All of our cleaners are career cleaners. That means they are serous and committed.
• We are glad to pay top fees. In return, all of our cleaners arrive at homes when scheduled and clean to a high standard.
• No matter how long you’ve been cleaning you will know that within our program you will clean to a luxury standard. You will be trained by our existing cleaners.

• IF you are a committed professional you will earn more with IT NEEDS TO BE PERFECT LLC then with anyone in the industry. Serious professional contractors earned $60k to $75k in 2023.
• We have kept our cleaners busy all year; even through COVID our cleaners were staying safe and working while other companies were not.

• REQUIREMENTS

• You must have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle and automobile insurance.
• You must have cleaning equipment (i.e. vacuum, squeegee, mop and cleaning product).
• Sorry, we cannot employ anyone with a felony conviction.
• We are very busy on all days of the week. Sundays and Mondays are particularly busy.
• As in independent contractor you can work individually or as a LLC.
