Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00 an hour
- 10:30pm- 6:30am - 3rd shift

What’s a typical day as a Sorter? You’ll be:
• Completing all required training within onboarding plan deadlines
• Embracing concepts of and actively practicing all Kerry Policies and Procedures
• Participating in development/review of Procedures, documentation and implementation, as needed/required
• Supporting New employee Learning & Development, and Cross-training initiatives, as needed/required
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Are able to attend and participate in daily pre-shift huddles on time
• Are able to receive and hand-off shift with peers at the assigned work center
• Are able to verify Item/Material and Lot numbers to be used according to the Manufacturing Work Order or by verifying with the Lead Operator of the work center
• Are able to help Machine Operator complete all equipment changeover/set-up processes minimizing equipment downtime and meeting or exceeding set-up standard requirements
• Are able to safely, efficiently and effectively perform tasks such as dumping trash and recycled material, and other tasks assigned by the Lead Operator
• Are able to support all operational efficiency initiatives within the work center one is assigned to
• Are able to promote a Positive working environment, driving a Continuous Improvement Culture
• Are willing and flexible to work in a different work center at a same skill level position, based on the needs of the business
• Are willing and flexible to work occasionally on weekends based on the needs of the business
• Are able to communicate ANY Food Safety, Quality, and/or Workplace Safety issues/concerns to Lead operator, Supervisor, or any other member from the Management Team
• Are able to lift up to 35lbs when necessary
