Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Sets up and operate automated processing equipment as trained, and in accordance with federal safety regulations
- Disassemble, reassemble, and sanitize processing equipment, and room after the completion of each batch in accordance with federal regulations
- Complete and verify batch record entries, equipment log books, and other company documentation as needed
- Follows established standard operating procedures, federal regulations, and safety practices
- Promptly reports material, equipment or established process concerns to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
- Detail oriented
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to interpret, comply with and support company policies, procedures, work rules, and protocols
- Ability to adapt effectively to workplace changes and new job duties/responsibilities
Physical Demands with or Without Accommodations (include but are not limited to)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (approximately 6-8 hours)
- Ability to repeatedly bend, twist and stoop throughout an 8-10-hour shift
- Ability to frequently lift 20-50 lbs.
