Food Manufacturing Production Worker
Hospitality Innovation Brands is a fast-growing company that is expanding our team and are looking for a self-driven Food Manufacturing Production worker to join our team!
Our Food Manufacturing Production Workeris responsible for preparing, cooking, and cooling products, monitoring the quality and work with QA and production to ensure the cooked product meets quality standards.
Your responsibilities include (not all inclusive):
· Prepare and cook large volumes of food according to established recipes and portion size
· Using technology in an industry-leading facility
· Operate and maintain kitchen equipment ensuring they are clean and in good working condition
· Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste for reporting purposes
· Performs all aspects of processing
· Performs all aspects of cooking methods
· Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards by conducting visual inspection and following established guidelines
· When processing lines are not running will be doing various miscellaneous jobs on the line
· Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food products.
· Adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a Food Manufacturing environment
· Work with allergens that might be present in food environment
Education/Certificates/Licenses Required
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)—additional advanced coursework preferred.
ServSafe certification preferred
Physical Demands:
· Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.
· Working with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment, and following approved chemical handling procedures.
· Physical lifting up to 50-lbs frequently throughout the shift.
· Shift flexibility.
· Works in an office and manufacturing environment.
· Must be able to travel to our other locations.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.16 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
