Salary***This job is for a B or C shift position. We are a 24/6 operation and work a 21-day rotating schedule. 5a-5p/5p-5a
- B shift works 2 days and 2 nights per week and
- C shift works 4 nights per week.
- 12-hour shifts.
$20.75/hr *If all qualifications met, will move to $23.53/hr after 90 days

The opportunity
Candidates applying must be able to work safely while performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.
What you need to succeed:
- Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math a computer skills.
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
- Ability to lift, push, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
- Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.
- Locate, mount and remove tooling
- Feed sheets as needed
- Set-up feeder for each order
- Assist Operators in making machine adjustments during the press run
- Make load tags for each order
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Complete quality checks throughout press runs
