SalaryAvailable Shift:
- 2nd shift - 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
- 3rd shift - 10:30 pm to 6:30 am
Pay: $19.10 up to $19.82 + $1.00 differential
Candidates will receive a pay increase after their 1st and 2nd year with the company
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic assembly of components and sub-assemblies
- Operate resistance spot weld machines to assemble products
- Perform basic safety inspections on equipment and record data
- Complete SPC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as required
- Weld destruct testing & recording of data as required
- Basic machine maintenance/weld tip changes
- Follow instructions to ensure accurate production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Ability to understand verbal work instructions provided in English
Preferred candidate will be individuals who can work on their feet for extended periods, are willing to work overtime and weekends as needed, and are adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.

- This job will require you to handle car parts that weight up to 50lb. Some positions you will be required to lift, mount, hold, and walk with the parts short distance. These parts can weight from 5lb to 30 lb. Are you able to handle the weight on a consistence basis for 8 - 10 hours?
- If you have worked at Eagle Bend and your job was terminated within the last 6 month, you would not be qualify to get rehire until after the 6 months. Do you understand this requirement?
