Production Worker

Job Description

Come join our growing team at Partitions Plus, a locally owned and operated manufacturing company located in Findlay, OH. We manufacture corrugated partitions (internal dunnage) in our 80,000 square foot facility. We are looking to add hard-working and dedicated Production Workers to our team to allow us to best serve our customers!

• Hours: 1st SHIFT Monday through Friday 5am - 2:45pm
• Paid time off after 6 months
• Simple IRA Retirement plan (3% match by the company) available after one year of employment
• Performance review at 90 days and annually, with pay raises dependent upon work performance
• We currently offer health insurance.

Primary Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Operating die cutters, saws and presses according to customer specifications
• Running a laminator, making build up blocks, and building kits according to customer specifications.
• Assembling corrugated partitions by hand or machine according to customer specifications
• Banding and unitizing finished product according to customer specifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Must be able to successfully read a tape measure and utilize basic math skills
• Must be able to lift 40-50lbs frequently
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
