Our shop in Oceanside, CA is the heart of our business. It’s where we fabricate, store, repair, and ship all of the materials we use at our events nationwide. It’s a fast-paced, think on your feet, creative environment, and it’s where we are currently looking for a sharp minded, hard working individual to join our team. Honored as one of the top 50 Fabrication companies in North America from Event Marketer magazine, we are rapidly growing and in need of a Warehouse Coordinator - Trade Show Production.
Working closely with our operations team, you would be responsible for assisting in fabrication, organizing materials, coordinating for shipping/receiving, packing and unpacking crates, loading trucks, and managing builds at event sites. It is somewhat demanding physically job, and you should be prepared for some long days around big events. We are seeking someone with strong organizational abilities, at least some fabrication experience, a willingness to learn and most importantly a team player with a good attitude.

This position includes but is not limited to the following daily objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and exhibit preparation
- Coordinating with management and warehouse team on a daily and project by project basis.
- Managing shop inventory.
- Organizing cables, electronics, and furniture.
- Packing and unpacking crates for shipping to and from.
- Assembling furniture and wall systems.
- Meeting all deadlines for building, packing, and shipping.
- Possible travel for onsite builds.
- Any other duties assigned by managementRequirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication
- Some fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.
- Driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED (English speaking, reading, and comprehension)
- Adhere to safety policies and proceduresDesired:
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Knowledge of lighting and electrical, plastics, woodwork and metalwork
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work long hours and weekends, when needed

- Ability to work on a team or individually, ability to lead a team is a plus
- Willingness to travel on projects for out of town installs
- Ability to use ladders and carry at least 50 pounds
Experience:
- Extensive fabrication experience, a plus.
- One year of industry experience, a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
