Production Technician (Restoration)

SERVPRO® of Osceola County Production Technician and Lead Technician (Crew Chief) openings available!

Seeking individuals with experience in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Restoration, Fire Damage, Construction or similar industries!!

· Assist in completion jobs related to Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire Damage, Demo and other Restoration related job activities.

· Complete jobsite duties including scoping the job, providing sketches, entering job data into DryBook (i.e. Moisture Mapping Tool/Application), and taking pictures (before and after job completion)

· Lead, manage, guide, and train a crew of techs and temps at each job site and guide the team in an efficient manner to bring each job to a successful completion

· Lead and complete jobs related to Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation

· Take LOTS of pictures Before and After each job is completed (for Documentation)

· Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities

· Communicate with our customers and ensure top notch customer satisfaction

· Assist with the Demolition of Homes and clean-up

· Help clear debris from properties

· Assist with the setting up of Containments at each job site

· Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.

· Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly in appearance

· Must maintain tools and equipment clean, organized, and inventoried

· Responsible to maintain company vehicle clean, organized and equipped for next day work

· Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.

· Open to learning, training, and be able to work in a team environment

· Bilingual Required (Spanish & English)

· 1-3 years’ experience working for a Restoration Company

· 1-3 years’ experience working Mold, Water Damage and Fire damage jobs

· Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred

· High school diploma/GED

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance

· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

· Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
