Production Technician Ii : 1St Shift (Bothell, Wa)

The Production Technician is responsible for: 
 

    Maintaining adherence to production, test, and quality system procedures.  Retrieving procedures from corporate database.
    Able to perform and verify line clearance in each workstation as required.
    Operation of a variety of mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, curing fixtures and equipment.
    Utilizes both manual and automated tests to perform board, and system level testing to ensure product quality and reliability in accordance with company requirements.
    System and sub-assembly testing, diagnose issues to assembly level, and meet all testing and performance specifications and quality requirements.
    Integrates, tests, and troubleshoots LASER/RF medical electro/mechanical system/handpiece devices.
    Performs rework and repair with strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    Installs and configures component and system software.
    Meets established production goals.
    Follows all relevant regulations, SOPs, and work Instructions.
    Dedicated to quality and continuous improvement.
    Thorough understanding of GMP practices; accurate record keeping regarding area of responsibility. 
    Works closely with Assemblers, Manufacturing Engineers, and R&D Engineers in defining and documenting test procedures.
    Supports and participates in committing an audit ready and safety production environment.
    Acts as primary test and troubleshooting trainer for production direct labor.

    Ability to read, interpret and follow company procedures, work instructions and engineering drawings and sketches, and identify problems and deviations from prescribed specifications and

Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.

    Minimum 4 years testing and troubleshooting analog and digital electronics at the component, PCB, and system level required.

    Experience working within a rigorous, quality control environment such as FDA, cGMP/QSR or ISO required.

    Experience training others ideal.

    Proficient in English required

    Experience working in an ESD type environment required.

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $26 - $30 an hour.
