CGS is seeking driven individuals to join our talented Production Team. Production Team Members are responsible for assisting in various aspects of the production of glass manufactured products at our Trumbauersville, PA location. Positions are 1st Shift hours - regular start times ranging from 6:00am - 7:00am & ending times between 2:30pm - 3:30pm Monday - Friday and 3rd Shift hours - regular start time 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM Sunday night through Thursday night.

You will succeed in this position if you:
• Have effective problem-solving skills
• Have excellent math skills
• Acquired manufacturing environment experience, particularly glass manufacturing
• Demonstrate the ability to read work orders, use a tape measure and micrometer
• Possess the ability to be organized and follow detailed instructions
• Demonstrate the ability to work with limited supervision
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
