Join us as a Production Lead for the foundry in our Ashland facility.
You will be a working Lead in the Foundry and helping lead your team in the molding and core making area and provide continuing training.

More details about the opportunity:
- Leading your team in molding and core making in the foundry, and eventually help in other areas of the foundry when needed.
- Responsible for employee timecards, disciplinary actions, create production schedules and sign off for attendance etc.
- Doing inventory of your product
- Interpret and enforce company policies to employees and lead and participate in Kaizens to improve processes.
- Understand and promote safety policies and procedures.
Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
5:30am-4:00pm Monday through Thursday with OT on off days
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes with metatarsal guards are required on the distribution floor.
