Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a passionate, skilled Production Support Specialist to join our Technology team. This person will diagnose and resolve a broad range of production technology systems issues. An experienced Support Specialist with experience in complex broadcast audio, video, lighting and AV systems will thrive in this role. POSITION SUMMARY
Provides support for production technology systems in Eagle Brook auditoriums, Kids Ministry environments, meeting and office spaces. Services and maintains complex broadcast audio, video and lighting systems at multiple sites. Provides outstanding customer service and support for technology-based strategies that enables Eagle Brook Church to accomplish the mission of Reaching People for Christ. Reports to the Production Systems and Support Manager.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnoses and resolves complex audio, video, lighting, and network issues as assigned
- Maintains and services large LED video display installations
- Maintains and services broadcast video transport components
- Maintains, configures, and programs production video router and switcher components
- Serves in a support role during services and events:
- Remotely supports campus teams from the Technical Operations Center
- Assists with on-site diagnoses and resolution of technical issues
- Processes service support tickets as assigned
- Maintains production equipment asset tracking database for all campuses
- Collaborates with audio, video, and lighting engineers on small projects
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates/Technical degree; or equivalent on-the-job experience
- 2+ years of experience with technical equipment preventative maintenance/troubleshooting
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
- Advanced knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot technical systems including, broadcast audio, video, lighting equipment and AV systems
- Experience with computer networking
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships
- Self-starter with strong personal organization and time management skills
WORK SCHEDULE
Generally, works Saturday-Wednesday. This includes Student Ministries on Wednesday night and occasional other evenings for special events. Expected to work 45+ weekends/year.
