Production Support Crating

Position Overview: This role will primarily build custom shipping crates for products being shipped. You will use a saw to cut material and a nail gun to construct the crat

Location: Hartland, WI.

Hours: 1st shift M-F 6am-2:30pm OR 2nd shift M-TH 2pm-12:30AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position will work within the shipping and receiving department.
• Perform picking/packing/shipping functions.
• Identify conveyors and associated parts to measure for packaging.
• Cut wood and build crates & skids for the conveyors and associated parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:

• Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with co-workers and management.
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience using a saw preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
